Public notice has been given for an online auction involving Chemung County surplus equipment. The bidding will commence on June 9, 2025, and conclude on June 18, 2025, at approximately 6:00 P.M. The items available include a 2019 Morbark grinder, three pickup trucks, a total of 2,500 cubic yards of single-ground mulch, 500 cubic yards of double-ground mulch, and various office furniture pieces.

Existing registered bidders can participate without additional charges. However, new bidders must pay a one-time registration fee of $10 to register their credit card for bidding purposes on AuctionsInternational.com. Bids will only be accepted online through this website. A promotional code “JUNE25” is available for free registration during the month.

Successful bidders will incur a buyer premium over the high bid amount: ten percent for cash transactions and twelve point seventy-seven percent for credit transactions plus New York State sales tax. All items are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
