CHEMUNG COUNTY: Meeting Notice – Special Meeting Of The Full Legislature – Budget Adoption

Chemung County issued the following announcement on Dec 1.

The Chemung County Legislature will hold a Special meeting of the Full Legislature on Monday, December 7, 2020.  The purpose of the meeting is to adopt and refer the 2021 Chemung County Budget and the budgets of Chemung County Sewer District No. 1 and Chemung County Elmira Sewer Districts to the Chemung County Executive.  The meeting will be held in the Legislative Chambers located on the 5th floor of the Hazlett Building, 203 Lake Street, Elmira, New York immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Budget Committee meeting.   

The Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 (as extended by subsequent Executive Orders) allows for the continuation of tele-conferencing and limitations on public in-person access.
