Today, Congressman Langworthy expressed his views on the recent Supreme Court ruling that limits nationwide injunctions. The decision, which was made with a 6-3 vote, has been described by Langworthy as a significant victory for the Constitution and the American people.

Langworthy stated, “Today is a monumental victory for the Constitution, for common sense, and for the American people. The Supreme Court has finally slammed the brakes on the outrageous practice of a single activist judge derailing the will of the American people by blocking federal policies nationwide.”

He emphasized that this ruling was overdue and expressed his satisfaction with the Court’s decision to restore what he perceives as balance to the judicial system. He added, “No more will one judge in one district get to act like a super-legislator for the entire country. No more judicial tyranny.”

According to Langworthy, this decision marks an end to what he called “rogue judges” who have previously halted national policy from their chambers. He believes it is a win for the rule of law and separation of powers.

Langworthy concluded his statement by asserting that this ruling returns control to elected representatives rather than individual judges. “Let this be a message: our republic is back in the hands of the people and their elected representatives—not the whims of a single radicalized federal judge,” he said.
