The 23rd annual Golf for Guthrie Hospice Tournament has raised over $46,000 this year, bringing the total funds raised over its history to nearly $680,000. The event continues to support Guthrie Hospice’s mission of providing care for those in need.

Guthrie emphasizes coordinated care throughout life stages, including end-of-life support addressing medical, emotional, and spiritual needs for terminally ill patients and their families.

Tricia Huston, Executive Director of Guthrie Resource Development, expressed gratitude towards the community. “We are truly grateful to our sponsors, golfers, community partners and volunteers who make this cherished annual tradition possible,” she said. “This ongoing support strengthens the compassionate hospice care Guthrie provides every day. Every dollar raised helps ensure that patients and families continue to receive the comfort, dignity, and support they deserve during life’s most vulnerable moments.”

Williams Toyota of Sayre celebrated its 20th year as the Title Sponsor. Kecks Food Service maintained its 23-year role as Banquet Sponsor with BNY Wealth joining as co-sponsor. Their contributions highlight the strong community ties supporting the tournament’s success.

Hudock Capital Group served as the Golden Ticket Sponsor for 2025 while Sayre American Legion Post #283 was once again the Registration Sponsor. These organizations’ involvement underscores the collective effort that makes this event a significant fundraiser.

Team C&N emerged as this year’s tournament champions. More information on supporting Hospice can be found at www.guthrie.org/giving-guthrie.
