The Guthrie Clinic has been recognized by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Employers for Women 2025” for the second year in a row. The award is given in partnership with Statista, a company known for its industry rankings and statistical analysis.

Forbes’ ranking is based on data from online panels, which included responses from more than 140,000 women working at U.S. companies with at least 1,000 employees over the last three years. The evaluation focused on three main areas: recommendations from current employees, feedback from former employees, and the percentage of women among top executives and board directors.

“This second consecutive recognition underscores The Guthrie Clinic’s commitment to fostering inclusion, equity and empowering women at every level,” according to the organization.

“It reflects the organization’s ongoing efforts to create a workplace where women thrive and lead — feeling seen, heard and supported throughout their careers.”

The clinic states that this award demonstrates its core values by promoting equity and respect in the workplace. It has reported progress in increasing representation of women across all levels, adopting policies for fairness and inclusion, and providing training programs aimed at supporting all staff members.
