The Guthrie Clinic has announced that Courtney Midanek will join its Board of Directors starting January 1, 2026.

Midanek is a Managing Director and Co-Leader of Kaufman Hall’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She brings over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, valuations, and strategic advisory services for health care organizations.

In addition to her professional background, Midanek has contributed to community organizations such as USA Triathlon and Chicago Commons. She also participates in the health care sector by producing podcasts and articles aimed at helping health systems explore partnership models to improve access, operational performance, and community impact.
