The Guthrie Clinic has announced the appointment of Tim Rauschmeier as the new Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. With 17 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, Rauschmeier brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role.

Rauschmeier joins The Guthrie Clinic from The Resource Group, where he held various positions over more than ten years, most recently serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Henry Ford Health. At The Guthrie Clinic, he will lead the strategic direction and management of the organization’s supply chain operations. His responsibilities will include overseeing procurement, logistics, sourcing, inventory management, and non-salary expense optimization. Additionally, Rauschmeier will focus on fostering vendor relationships and driving process improvement initiatives to align with Guthrie’s mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Rauschmeier holds a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations in operations management and health care management from the University of Scranton. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in supply chain management from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.

Originally from Endwell, N.Y., Rauschmeier has returned to the region to join The Guthrie Clinic community. He is recognized for his commitment to collaboration, team development, and community-centered volunteer work, which aligns with Guthrie’s values and dedication to serving its communities.
