Guthrie will provide in-person assistance for patients who need help with the eGuthrie patient portal from December 1 to December 3 in the Binghamton area. The support is intended for those who have questions about the portal or want help creating an account.

The eGuthrie portal allows patients to access their medical records online or through the app. Features include viewing test results, messaging providers, requesting prescription refills, scheduling appointments, joining a waiting list for earlier appointments, paying bills, checking in for upcoming visits, sharing medical records with family and outside providers, and reviewing after-visit summaries.

Patients can find more information about these services on Guthrie’s website at www.guthrie.org/services/treatmnts/eguthrie.
