Guthrie Orthopedic Care has expanded its services to Montrose, Pennsylvania, with the opening of Guthrie Montrose Orthopedics at the Endless Mountains Health Systems (EMHS) campus. The facility is located at 100 Hospital Drive and offers a range of services including sports medicine, arthroscopy, fracture care, and outpatient surgeries.
Guthrie’s initiative aims to provide quality healthcare across Pennsylvania and New York. “The addition of orthopedic care is a significant expansion of a long-standing and successful clinical collaboration between Guthrie and EMHS,” stated Dr. Edmund Sabanegh, President and CEO of The Guthrie Clinic. He emphasized that regional collaborations help keep advanced care local and accessible.
Loren Stone, CEO of Endless Mountains Health Systems, highlighted the improvement in access to specialty care this partnership brings. “The opportunity to offer orthopedics service in conjunction with Guthrie is a significant improvement in access to specialty care for our patients and allows EMHS to better serve our community,” he said.
