The Guthrie Clinic has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. The recognition is based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as leadership, integrity, compensation, work-life balance, and workplace culture.

The study that determined the rankings included feedback from more than 400,000 employee interviews and 4.9 million company reviews nationwide. Only health care organizations with over 1,000 employees were eligible for consideration. The data was powered by Aniline, a third-party provider that used over 120 key performance indicators to assess the workplaces.

“This award is a testament to the incredible people who make Guthrie a great place to work every day,” said Dr. Edmund Sabanegh, President and CEO of The Guthrie Clinic. “At Guthrie, we are deeply committed to creating an environment where our caregivers can thrive, because we know that when our team is supported, they can provide the highest level of care to our patients. This recognition reflects the dedication and passion of our entire Guthrie family.”

Employees contributed their perspectives on topics including working conditions and corporate culture during the review process. According to the organization, this distinction reflects what it means to be part of The Guthrie Clinic.

The clinic expressed gratitude to its caregivers for their ongoing commitment and noted that this achievement recognizes their collective efforts.
