Congressman Nick Langworthy, who has represented New York’s 23rd district in the U.S. Congress since 2023, shared several updates on his official Twitter account regarding legislative initiatives and public safety concerns.

On May 7, 2026, Langworthy posted: “Great news from @JudgeJeanine. Save the Beagles. More to come. Stay tuned…. https://t.co/YV7aZfCuQt”.

The following day, May 8, he addressed state labor regulations: “New York’s outdated Scaffold Law crushes jobs, drives up construction costs, and scares away investment. My bill, the Infrastructure Expansion Act, keeps workers protected while ending unfair absolute liability that hurts taxpayers and builders. It’s time for common-sense reform https://t.co/u5a4ZelpYW”.

Later that same day, Langworthy commented on crime and immigration in New York City: “More than 58,000 illegals living in NYC have been either charged or convicted of a crime. @RealTomHoman is doing what @KathyHochul and @ZohranKMamdani won’t: keeping New Yorkers safe. https://t.co/Tqfl8x5yMI”.

Nick Langworthy was born in Jamestown, New York in 1981 and currently resides in Pendleton. He earned a BA from Niagara University in 2003.
