Of the 199 people living in Smyrna in 2019, 47.2 percent (94) were women and 52.8 percent (105) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 57-to-52. In the 65 and over age range, there were 23 females and 22 males.
