Of the 186 people living in Smyrna in 2020, 44.6 percent (83) were women and 55.4 percent (103) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 20. In the 65 and over age range, there were 18 females and 16 males.
