On Thursday, May 1, former Union Endicott High School standout Mattea Buchta’s current college team, the Fairmont State Fighting Falcons, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Moyer Sports Complex. This was their third matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Fighting Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 3:25 p.m. at Moyer Sports Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
