UHS has announced a range of healthcare services designed to meet the needs of patients, whether they are UHS patients or not. The services include prescription filling, lab work, and diagnostic imaging.

The organization operates full-service retail pharmacies in Binghamton, Endicott, Johnson City, Vestal, and Walton. These pharmacies accept prescriptions from any provider and most insurance plans. The newest pharmacy is located at 345 Main Street in Johnson City and is open 24/7 with a drive-through service.

UHS also provides laboratory services across 16 patient centers without requiring appointments for routine tests. For specialized testing, appointments may be necessary at one of the four UHS hospitals. Their clinical laboratories at UHS Wilson Medical Center and UHS Binghamton General Hospital operate around the clock.

A partnership with Mayo Clinic allows UHS to offer additional testing and consultation services for physicians. “Together with the Mayo Clinic, UHS can provide better healthcare to our community,” stated a representative from UHS.

For diagnostic imaging needs such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and more, UHS Imaging offers six locations in the Greater Binghamton area. New MRI scanners have been added to enhance their capabilities.

UHS provides both in-person and virtual care options with online scheduling available for walk-in appointments. More information about their services can be found on their website www.NYUHS.org.
