Vestal Senior High School standout Cat Petteys’ college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Tuesday, April 8

On Tuesday, April 8, former Vestal Senior High School standout Cat Petteys’ current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMass Minutewomen.

The game took place at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Minutewomen this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Glay Field against Providence Friars.
