Williams Auto Group has demonstrated its ongoing commitment to community support through the Subaru Loves to Care Initiative. Recently, the Guthrie Sayre Cancer Center received a donation of 80 blankets and handwritten messages from Williams Subaru of Sayre. This gesture was aimed at providing comfort to patients undergoing treatment.

Dalton Williams, Vice President of Williams Auto Group, expressed pride in supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for the ninth consecutive year. He emphasized the importance of engaging with the community and understanding patients’ experiences. “Our TEAM is full of passionate and caring people, and initiatives like this are so important to us,” said Williams. “We are grateful and proud of this partnership with Guthrie and LLS.”

Amy Minier, a social worker at Guthrie Sayre Cancer Center, highlighted the significance of such efforts for patients. “To be the recipient of this collaborative effort shows our patients that their community cares and is in their corner rooting them on in their cancer journey,” she stated. Minier commended Williams Subaru for partnering again with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to bring comfort to those they serve.
