Union-Endicott Central School District issued the following announcement on Oct 13.
Congratulations to Sherry Miller, TJW food service staff member who was recently awarded the Rock on Cafe Golden Spoon Award.
The award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond in her day-to-day work.
Included in the nomination paragraph, "She is compassionate and caring and knows the kids by name and they know they can come to her whenever they are in need and she listens and helps them out. If someone forgets a lunch or needs food at home, she is constantly making sure everyone is fed and has enough food inside and outside of school.
Miss Sherry makes TJW an amazing place to be." Congratulations!
