Of the 1,931 people living in Port Dickinson in 2019, 53.1 percent (1,025) were women and 46.9 percent (906) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 637-to-603. In the 65 and over age range, there were 142 females and 115 males.
