Of the 773 people living in Breesport in 2019, 44.8 percent (346) were women and 55.2 percent (427) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 218-to-139. In the 65 and over age range, there were 149 females and 133 males.
