Of the 199 people living in Blodgett Mills in 2019, 46.2 percent (92) were women and 53.8 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 92-to-83. In the 65 and over age range, there were nine females and 15 males.
