The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Thomas W. Reed II, Tom Reed for Congress, refunded $2,900 to John P. Mayer on Sept. 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Tom Reed for Congress has refunded $206,200 total since April 1.
