Of the 5,493 people living in Bath in 2020, 50.4 percent (2,767) were women and 49.6 percent (2,726) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC New York News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 32. In the 65 and over age range, there were 699 females and 583 males.
