Stolen Property Arrest | Town of Kirkwood
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division has arrested Connor J. Diffendorf, an 18-year-old male from the Town of Kirkwood. Diffendorf is being accused of possessing a U-Haul truck that had been reported to be stolen. The U-Haul truck involved in this case was recovered in a vacant storage unit at a facility in the Town of Kirkwood. As a result of this investigation, Connor J. Diffendorf was charged with one (1) count each of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree. Diffendorf was processed for arrest and issued an appearance ticket to answer his charge in the Town of Kirkwood Court on a later date.
