Liberty, NY – U.S. Rep Marc Molinaro (NY-19) has called on President Biden to halt a covert program that involves flying hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants across the United States without public notification. The revelation of this undisclosed operation has sparked concerns and led to emergency declarations in counties across Upstate New York.

A recent Freedom Of Information Act request uncovered that the Biden administration has flown over 320,000 undocumented immigrants into the country in the past year. Despite this, the administration has chosen not to divulge the origins of these flights or the destinations within the United States.

In a direct appeal to President Biden, Rep. Molinaro emphasized the need for immediate termination of this program and the disclosure of crucial information regarding the transported individuals. The congressman's letter outlined the lack of transparency surrounding the influx of migrants and its impact on communities like Liberty in New York's 19th Congressional District.

Addressing the urgency of the situation, Rep. Molinaro expressed, “President Biden has been secretly transporting undocumented immigrants across the country without notifying the public. New York has become one of the epicenters of the border crisis, with counties in New York’s 19th Congressional District declaring states of emergency to prevent undocumented immigrants from being transported there. This secret relocation program needs to end now.”

The letter to President Biden further highlighted the congressman's concerns, stating, "Many of these migrants have been sent to Upstate New York to places like Sullivan County, in my district." Rep. Molinaro stressed the strain on local resources and taxpayers due to the unannounced arrival of migrants requiring essential services.

Rep. Molinaro's communication with President Biden included a series of questions aimed at shedding light on the undisclosed program, with a deadline set for responses by March 29, 2024. The congressman demanded clarity on the program's current status, flight origins, domestic destinations, communication with local authorities, legal basis, and the immediate termination of the covert operation.

The call for transparency and accountability underscores Rep. Molinaro's commitment to addressing the implications of the undisclosed immigrant relocation program and safeguarding the interests of the affected communities.
