Congressman Nick Langworthy expressed his reaction to the verdict in the murder trial of Laken Riley. Jose Ibarra, an illegal immigrant, was found guilty of several charges including malice murder and felony murder.

Langworthy commented on the conviction, stating, "Justice was served today as Jose Ibarra, who was here on American soil on the taxpayers' dime thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration and the radical Democrats in New York State, was convicted of the murder of Laken Riley. May he rot in hell for this heinous and unforgivable crime."

The case involved 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley, whose death led to multiple charges against Ibarra, including kidnapping.
