Assemblyman Joseph Angelino is reminding residents about the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), which assists with heating costs. Eligible individuals may receive one regular HEAP benefit per program year and might qualify for emergency benefits if they risk running out of fuel or having their utility service disconnected.
