In a tweet posted on November 22, Rep. Molinaro expressed gratitude to fellow representative Nicole Malliotakis for bringing cupcakes from Holtermann’s Bakery, a well-known establishment in Staten Island. He mentioned Whoopi Goldberg in his tweet stating that her efforts could not tarnish the bakery's reputation: "Thanks to @RepMalliotakis for bringing cupcakes from Holtermann’s Bakery. Later that day, Molinaro acknowledged the severe weather conditions affecting parts of New York's 19th district with over a foot of snow accumulation. He commended highway crews, first responders, and tow companies for their quick response and emphasized his ongoing communication with local officials: "Over a foot of snow in parts of #NY19 this morning. Thank you to our highway crews, first responders, and tow companies for their swift response in clearing our roads and responding to the heavy snowfall."

Additionally, Rep. Molinaro highlighted legislative progress as he announced that the Autism CARES Act was advancing to President Biden's desk for approval. This legislation aims to reauthorize essential programs and research benefiting individuals with autism: "Glad to see the Autism CARES Act headed to the @POTUS desk! This legislation reauthorizes critical programs, services, and research for individuals with autism and is vital in supporting the disability community."
