On November 25, 2024, Molinaro expressed gratitude for a visit to ACHIEVE NY in Norwich. He wrote: "Stopped by @ACHIEVENY in Norwich. Thank you to CEO Amy Howard for giving me a tour and for the amazing work that’s always being done here to ensure individuals of all abilities thrive! ACHIEVE has consistently provided wonderful services throughout our communities in #NY19."
Later that day, he addressed the tragic death of Rabbi Zvi Kogan. Molinaro stated: "We are mourning the loss of Rabbi Zvi Kogan, a young Chabad emissary who was the victim of terrorists & antisemitic violence. What an unimaginable and horrific crime committed. We are praying for his wife, family and the @Chabad community during this difficult time."
