On December 7, 2024, Rep. Molinaro marked the anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attacks with a solemn tribute. Later that day, Rep. Molinaro expressed satisfaction over legislative progress related to transportation accessibility. He announced that his Think DIFFERENTLY Transportation Act had passed the Senate. In his words, "Glad to see my Think DIFFERENTLY Transportation Act PASS the Senate and move towards becoming law." He highlighted the bill's aim to ensure Amtrak complies with ADA standards to accommodate travelers of all abilities.
