Chemung County has announced an online auction for surplus equipment, set to begin on March 11, 2025, and conclude on March 20, 2025, at approximately 6:00 P.M. The items available for bidding include 5,000 cubic yards of single-ground mulch and various office furniture pieces.

While current registered bidders can participate without charge, new bidders must pay a one-time registration fee of $10.00 to register their credit card for online bidding at AuctionsInternational.com. Only bids placed through this website will be accepted.

Successful bidders will incur a buyer premium over the high bid: ten percent for cash transactions and twelve point seventy-seven percent for credit transactions, in addition to New York State sales tax. All items are sold "as-is" with no warranties expressed or implied regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

A comprehensive list of items with photos, descriptions, contact information, and payment/pick-up instructions is available on the Auctions International website. Potential bidders are encouraged to inspect the items before placing bids. Chemung County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

For more details or inquiries about the auction process, interested parties can visit www.AuctionsInternational.com or call Auctions International at 1-800-536-1401.
