Guthrie Cortland Orthopedics is the first specialty to relocate to the newly constructed Guthrie Cortland Renzi Health Campus. As of Tuesday, April 1st, patients can visit the orthopedics team at the new site located at 4057 West Road, Cortland. This move marks the beginning of several relocations bringing various medical specialties to the campus throughout the spring.
Patients will reportedly receive the same quality of care from familiar staff members in a modern facility designed for convenience. Additional specialty practices, namely OB/GYN, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery, are expected to transition to the Renzi Health Campus soon.
"This phase of the project brings our providers together under one roof, streamlining the experience for members of our community," said Marie Darling, Sr. Director, Guthrie Medical Group, Cortland Operations. "It's natural to have our specialty providers working alongside our primary care physicians, completing the circle of comprehensive care."
The Renzi Health Campus will eventually include a telemedicine hub, extending services available throughout Guthrie's network, which encompasses six hospital campuses and more than 75 medical offices.
