Congressman Nick Langworthy has secured $1 million in federal funding to upgrade the wastewater treatment facilities in Elma, New York. This funding is part of H.R. 8998, the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025, which passed the House in July. The funds will be used to construct a modern wastewater treatment plant serving both the Town of Elma and the Iroquois Central School District.
