Tioga County issued the following announcement on Nov 16.
A public hearing was held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the Hubbard Auditorium of the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, NY. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, in-person attendance was limited to 35, and the presentation was available via Zoom and YouTube.
