The Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department has announced that the Park Station Control Booth will be open on weekends only, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., starting on Saturday, May 25th, including Memorial Day. The booth will also operate daily from June 15th through Labor Day.
Park entry fees have been set as follows: $7.00 for county cars, $8.00 for non-county cars, $3.00 for motorcycles, $35.00 for commercial buses, and $20 for buses or multi-family vehicles. Senior citizens aged 60 and above can enter free of charge from Monday to Friday. Additionally, holders of the Access Pass of New York can gain free entry.
Season pass prices are listed at $60.00 for the first vehicle and $25.00 for the second vehicle for county residents. Non-county residents will be charged $75.00 for the first vehicle and $35.00 for the second vehicle.
The Snack Bar will be open from noon to 6:00 p.m., on weekends only, beginning on Saturday, May 25th (including Memorial Day). It will then be open daily from noon to 6:00 p.m., starting on June 15th through Labor Day.
The Waterfront is scheduled to open on Saturday, June 15th. Depending on weather conditions, it will be open daily from noon to 6:00 p.m. through Labor Day. The hours of operation may vary based on lifeguard staffing availability. To confirm operating hours, visitors are advised to call the Park Station Office at 607-739-9164.
Boat rentals will be available at the Waterfront from noon to 5:00 p.m., when it is open with fees set at $7 per hour for kayaks and canoes and $8 per hour for paddle boats. Boat rental fees must be paid at the Snack Bar.
