A public hearing will be held by the Chemung County Legislature in the Legislative Chambers, 5th floor, Hazlett Building, 203 Lake Street, Elmira, New York at 6:55 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2024. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding the proposed establishment of an extension of the boundaries of the Chemung County Elmira Sewer District to include the Fairway-Phoenix Service Area.
This hearing will be conducted as prescribed by General Municipal Law. All interested parties and citizens are invited to attend and present their views to the Chemung County Legislature.
The notice is dated July 1, 2024, and issued from Elmira, New York by order of the County Legislature of Chemung County. Megan Hill serves as Clerk for the Chemung County Legislature.
