Various Chemung County departments are experiencing computer issues related to a mass outage involving Crowdstrike, the county’s network monitoring software. Some offices are opening late today while the Information Technology Department addresses the situation.
"If you have an appointment at a county office, it is recommended that you call prior to that appointment," said Christopher J. Moss, Chemung County Executive.
