Guthrie has released its schedule for the New Year's holiday, detailing hours and closures for its locations from December 31, 2024, through January 1, 2025.
On New Year's Eve, which falls on Tuesday, December 31, Guthrie's operations will proceed as usual. Similarly, on New Year’s Day, Wednesday, January 1, the hospitals will continue their full operations. This includes maintaining the functionality of their 24-hour emergency departments.
Guthrie hospitals in Sayre, Towanda, Corning, Troy, Cortland and Lourdes in Binghamton will remain fully operational throughout the New Year’s holiday period. The continuous operation ensures that all emergency services are available to meet patient needs without interruption.
