On January 6, 2025, Congressman Nick Langworthy held a press conference in Washington, D.C., to outline his priorities for his second term in Congress. The event coincided with the certification of the presidential election results.

"Today, I was proud to participate in the certification of the electoral college votes and help us get one step closer to President Trump taking office on January 20th," Langworthy stated. He emphasized the opportunity presented by Republican control of both houses of Congress: "With President Trump headed back to the White House and Republicans controlling both houses of Congress, we have a historic opportunity to deliver real, meaningful change."

Langworthy highlighted several key issues he plans to address. "We have a lot of work ahead of us to steer America back on the right track," he said. His focus includes reducing federal government influence, lowering costs for families, securing borders, protecting individual freedoms, restoring energy independence, and ending what he termed as "woke policies."

The congressman expressed optimism about America's future under Republican leadership: "Under the leadership of President Trump, with the help of a Republican Majority in Congress, America will enter a new Golden Age of prosperity and strength."

Nick Langworthy represents New York's 23rd Congressional District which covers Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga Counties and parts of Erie and Niagara Counties.
